The short version
- You see the price and the delivery date before you order. No hidden fees.
- A 50% deposit starts the work. The rest is due when you approve the finished site.

- Once you have paid in full, the website is yours.

Who we are
Clovigo is a brand of Fundrego Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202348668N). These terms apply to every website, app and monthly plan you order from us. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Fundrego Pte Ltd, and "you" means the person or business placing the order.
Your order
The designer shows your price and delivery date before you order. After you order, we confirm the details with you. Your order is confirmed once you pay the deposit.
Custom tools start with an estimate. We agree a fixed price with you before any work starts, and you accept it on your order page.
You agree to these terms when you tick the box as you order. On your order page, you accept a fixed price and approve your finished website by typing your name: that counts as your signature. We keep a record of each, with the date.
Prices and payment
- The price you see when you order is the price you pay for what you chose. There are no hidden fees.
- We show and charge prices in Singapore dollars in Singapore, Malaysian ringgit in Malaysia, Australian dollars in Australia, British pounds in the UK, euros in euro countries and US dollars everywhere else. Your order and invoice use the currency shown when you ordered.
- A 50% deposit starts the work. The other 50% is due when you approve the finished site, before it goes live.
- Monthly plans are billed each month.
Timing
Delivery dates count working days, Monday to Friday, from when we have your deposit and the materials we need. Public holidays can move a date by a day or two. If materials or feedback reach us later than planned, the date moves by the same amount. Rush Delivery shortens the timeline as shown when you order.
Design and changes
You see your home page design first, and we adjust it until you're happy before we build the rest. A one-page site includes 3 rounds of changes before launch and a business website 8. A custom tool includes unlimited rounds of changes to the screens and features we agreed. We quote any other changes or new features before we do them.
Your content
You are responsible for the text, images and logos you give us, and for having the right to use them. If you ask us to write the words or find images, we make sure we have the right to use what we add.
Outside costs
Your domain name, business email and any database plan an app needs are billed to you and set up in your company's name, so you always own them. We tell you about these costs before you pay them.
Who owns the website
Once you have paid in full, the design, content and code we made for your website are yours, and so is any logo or mascot we made for you. We may reuse our general building blocks, such as forms and booking parts, in other projects. We will only show your website as an example of our work if you agree.
Monthly plans
The care plan covers hosting, security updates, backups and 1 hour of changes every month. The SEO and AI plans include what is listed on our pricing page. Plans run month to month. You can cancel any time, and your plan ends at the end of the month you have paid for. If you cancel the care plan, we help you move your website to the hosting of your choice.
Cancelling and refunds
If you cancel before we start work, we refund your deposit in full. Once work has started, payments are not refundable. If we cannot deliver what we agreed, we refund what you paid for the part we did not deliver.
Search and AI results
We do the work that makes top search results and AI mentions more likely. No one controls Google or AI assistants, so we cannot promise a ranking or a mention.
Our responsibility
For any order, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in place when you ordered applies to that order.
