The short version

- You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.

Who we are
Clovigo is a brand of Fundrego Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202348668N). We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Fundrego Pte Ltd.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email, phone number and company, the choices you make in the designer, and anything you upload, such as your logo, photos and screenshots of websites you like.
- When you message us: your name, email, phone number and message, whether you use our contact form, WhatsApp or the chat on this site.
- When you use our free checks: the website address, or the business name and area, you type in. If you ask for your full report or a free plan, also your name, email and phone, the website and its scores, and whether you want a monthly re-check.
- When you pay online: the payment is handled by our payment provider. We see that you paid, never your full card number.
- On your device: the designer saves your draft in your browser so you can come back to it. It stays on your device until you order. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To prepare, design, build and deliver your website, and to send you previews, invoices and updates.
- To answer your questions.
- To send you the report or plan you asked for and, only if you ticked the box, a monthly check of your website.
- To keep the business records Singapore law requires.
We never sell your details, and we only send you marketing if you ask for it.
Who helps us
We use a few trusted services to run this site. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job:
- Netlify hosts this website and receives the forms you send.
- Supabase stores a copy of orders and messages in our database.
- Google PageSpeed Insights measures the speed of websites checked with our free website check. It receives the website address only.
- Stripe handles online payments.
- Anthropic powers the chat assistant and the free AI check, and receives what you type into them.
- WhatsApp carries your messages if you choose to contact us there.
Some of these services store data outside Singapore. We only use services that protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
How long we keep it
- Orders and invoices: at least 5 years, as Singapore law requires for business records.
- Messages and chats: up to 2 years, unless they become part of an order.
- Reports and plans you asked for: up to 2 years, or until you ask us to delete them. Reply “stop” to any monthly check to end it.
- Files you upload: until your website is handed over, then up to 12 months in case you need changes, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
What you can ask us
- What personal data we hold about you, and how we have used it.
- To correct anything that is wrong.
- To stop using your data. We will tell you first if that affects work in progress.
- To delete data we no longer need to keep.
We reply as soon as we can, and within 30 days.
Keeping it safe
Only the people working on your project can see your details. Our services encrypt data as it travels, and we never ask for your passwords by email, chat or WhatsApp. If a data breach ever affects you, we will tell you, and the Personal Data Protection Commission where the law requires.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our service changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
