Pricing

How much does a website cost in Singapore in 2026?

Short answer: a Singapore agency commonly quotes S$3,000 to S$8,000 for a 5 to 10 page company website, and S$10,000 or more for a custom web app. A small studio working from proven building blocks can deliver a one-page site for a few hundred dollars.

What drives the price

  • Number of pages. Each page needs design, writing and testing.
  • Custom design or template. A design made for you costs more than a theme with your logo on it, and looks it.
  • Features. Bookings, payments, customer logins and connections to other systems each add work.
  • Content. Someone has to write the words and take the photos. If that's the agency, it's on the bill.
  • Who you deal with. Account managers, project managers and big offices are all part of an agency's price.

The costs that come after launch

A website keeps costing a little after it goes live. Plan for your domain name, hosting, business email, and maintenance: security updates, backups and small changes. Agencies commonly charge S$1,200 to S$6,000 a year for hosting and maintenance. If you want to be found on Google, SEO is an ongoing cost too.

How to compare quotes

  1. Ask for a fixed price with a written list of what's included.
  2. Check who owns the domain and the code once you've paid.
  3. Ask how many rounds of changes are included.
  4. Ask what happens after launch, and what that costs every month.
  5. Ask for a timeline, what you need to send, and by when.
